  • Boost Executive Functioning Skills (e.g. organisation skills, initiating and completing tasks)
  • Reduce study related stress
  • Tackle perfectionism/procrastination
  • Develop effective Study Skills
  • Build Emotional Regulation skills
  • Learn mindfulness strategies
Please note: these sessions are not designed to replace any clinical psychology treatments, such as those for diagnosed anxiety disorders, depression or other mental health challenges.
